Privacy Policy

What you give us. Your name, date of birth, birth time, gender, and email address when you request a reading or place an order, plus any question you choose to include with a premium report.

What we record automatically. Your IP address, the pages you view, the site or ad that sent you here, and the page you landed on. If you arrive from one of our ads, we store the campaign and creative that brought you so we can tell which ads work.

To calculate and deliver your reading, to email you about your order, to process payment, and to measure how people find and use the site so we can improve it and decide where to advertise.

If you opted in to emails, we also use your birth date, birth time, and gender to calculate your chart and write the emails we send you, so that each one refers to your own chart rather than to general astrology. You can stop this at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of those emails.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity records a playback of your visit, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, which we review in aggregate to find pages that confuse people.

We also use the Meta Pixel. It reports back to Meta when you view a page, submit a reading form, or complete a purchase, and Meta uses that to measure our ads and show them to similar people. Under some US state laws this counts as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time using the contact address below, or by using your browser or device advertising controls.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run Sajumuse, and only for that purpose:

• Anthropic (Claude)Your name, birth date, birth time, and gender, so the model can write your reading.
• Google Analytics 4Pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, and device type.
• Meta PixelPages viewed and actions such as submitting a reading form or completing a purchase, used to measure and target our ads.
• Microsoft ClarityA recording of your visit: pages, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement.
• PayPal and Toss PaymentsPayment details, handled entirely on their systems. We never receive or store your card number.
• ResendYour email address and the contents of the emails we send you.
• Vercel and NeonHosting and database. Everything above is stored on their infrastructure.

We will also disclose data if the law requires it.

Email sajumuse@gmail.com to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or opt out of advertising-related sharing. We will not treat you differently for asking. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.

Sajumuse is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.

We keep your reading and order records for as long as your account is useful to you or as long as tax and accounting rules require, and we delete them on request. Data is transmitted over SSL and stored on the providers listed above. Payment processing is handled by PayPal and Toss Payments, and we do not store any payment information.

A report page may offer a chat with Yeon about that report. Messages you send there are processed on amormuse.com, a site we operate, and by Anthropic as our processor, and are kept for the life of the report page (one year) or until you ask us to delete them.
