1. Service description

Sajumuse provides Saju (Korean Four Pillars) readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Readings are not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Payments, delivery, and refunds

All prices are in USD. Premium reports ($29), couple reports ($55), and love readings ($19) are one-time purchases. Each report is custom-made and prepared by hand for you, then delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, normally within 24 hours of payment.

Because every report is personally prepared for you and delivered as a digital file, all sales are final and non-refundable once your report has been delivered. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

If you have not received your report within 24 hours, please check your spam and promotions folders first, then email us at sajumuse@gmail.com and we will resend it right away. A report that has already been sent, including one delivered to a spam folder, is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.

Ebooks and workbooks are instant digital downloads and are non-refundable once purchased. We provide a full workbook free of charge so you can review the material before buying the Complete Guide. Chat membership is billed monthly and renews automatically. You may cancel anytime to stop future charges. Cancellation ends the next renewal and does not refund the current month, and monthly reports are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Delivery

Reports are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, normally within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Ebook downloads are delivered instantly by email.

4. Limitation of liability

Sajumuse is not liable for decisions made based on readings. All readings are for personal insight and entertainment purposes only.
