What your chart can explain
The days removed here are removed because of your birth data specifically. A day that opposes your own day branch is dropped no matter how well it scores otherwise, and a day that doubles the element your chart already struggles with goes with it. Someone born a week from you gets a different list.
Each recommended day is shown with its day pillar and the reasons it survived, so the choice is yours to check rather than yours to trust. The reading also names days the scan removed and what removed them.

No. A day's pillar belongs to the calendar date, not to a moment, so 8 November is the same day in Seoul and in Los Angeles. Use the dates as they appear in your own calendar.
You can still order. Your day pillar does not need the hour, so the clash rules work exactly as they would otherwise. The favourable element is then read from the balance of the six characters you do have, and the reading says so instead of pretending it came from somewhere else.
Because there would not be enough of it left to choose from. We only offer a month while enough days remain to give you a real shortlist rather than whatever happens to be there.
For choosing a date, treat it as the ordinary calendar day. Some traditions start the day at 11pm the evening before, so if you are deciding between late that night and the following morning, the morning is the simpler choice.
